Quattro-II - 12/3000 - 120-50/50 - 2X 120V
Similar to the MultiPlus-II 2x120V, the Quattro-II 2x120V is a combined inverter and charger specifically designed for standard North American 50A 120/240VAC split-phase applications. Additionally, it can accept two AC inputs and automatically connect to the active source.
120/240V Input and Output, or 120V Input and Output (Always 120V Output When in Inverter Mode)
The two AC inputs can be supplied from a split-phase 120/240V source or a single-phase 120V source. When one of the AC sources is available, the Quattro will feed through the AC to its output. The output will therefore mirror the AC input.
The inverter/charger connects to the neutral and the preferred input line (L1). The power needed to charge the batteries will therefore be drawn from L1.
The Quattro switches to inverter operation when no AC source is available. The inverter output is 120V single-phase. In invert mode, the Quattro connects both output lines (L1 and L2) together to provide 120VAC to loads on either line.
Any 240V loads will therefore be supplied only when the Quattro is supplied by a split-phase AC source. This prevents heavy loads such as water heaters or 240V air conditioners from discharging the battery.
PowerControl and PowerAssist - Boosting the Capacity of the Grid or a Generator
A maximum grid or generator current can be set. The Quattro will then take account of other AC loads and use whatever is extra for battery charging, thus preventing the generator or grid from being overloaded (PowerControl function).
PowerAssist takes the principle of PowerControl to a further dimension. Where peak power is often required only for a limited period, the Quattro will compensate for insufficient generator, shore, or grid power with power from the battery. When the load reduces, the spare power is used to recharge the battery (available on L1 input only).
Two AC Inputs and Two AC Outputs
The Quattro can be connected to two independent AC sources, for example,shore-side power and a generator, or two generators. The Quattro-II will automatically connect to the active source.
The main output has no-break functionality. The Quattro takes over the supply to the connected 120V loads in the event of a grid failure or when shore/generator power is disconnected. The transfer time of the L1 output is less than 18 milliseconds, so computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without disruption. The transfer time of the L2 output is longer: approximately 40 milliseconds.
The second (auxiliary) output is live only when AC is available on the input of the Quattro. Loads that should not discharge the battery can be connected to this output.
Virtually Unlimited Power Thanks to Parallel and Three-Phase Operation
Up to 6 Quattros can operate in parallel to achieve a higher power output. In addition to parallel connections, three units of the same model can be configured for three-phase output. In multi-phase setups, L2 is disabled on all units.
On-Site System Configuring, Monitoring and Control
Settings can be changed in a matter of minutes with the VictronConnect app or VEConfigure software (computer or laptop and MK3-USB interface are needed). Several monitoring and control options are available: Cerbo GX, Color Control GX, laptop, computer, Bluetooth (with the optional VE.Bus Smart dongle), Battery Monitor, and Digital Multi Control Panel.
Remote Configuration and Monitoring
Install a Cerbo GX or other GX product to connect to the internet. Operational data can be stored and displayed on our VRM (Victron Remote Management) website free of charge. When connected to the internet, systems can be accessed remotely, and settings can be changed.

Delivery delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high shipping volume, remote delivery locations, customs processing, product restrictions, or other circumstances outside the control of BOLD MARINE.
BOLD MARINE is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Partial Shipments and Backorders
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages or from different locations. Products that are available may ship before backordered or temporarily unavailable items.
When an order is divided into multiple shipments, each shipment may have its own tracking number and delivery date. Additional shipping charges may apply when separate shipments are requested or required.
Ship Complete Requests
When available, customers may request that an order ship only after all products are ready. Selecting this option may delay the entire order until every item is available.
If a ship-complete request is not made, available products may be shipped first, with remaining products sent separately as they become available.
Oversized and Freight Shipments
Products that exceed standard carrier size or weight limits may require delivery by less-than-truckload freight or another specialized freight service.
Freight charges vary based on the product, destination, and delivery requirements. BOLD MARINE may contact the customer before shipment to confirm the following information:
- Whether the delivery address is residential or commercial
- The complete and accurate delivery address
- A valid telephone number for delivery coordination
- Whether a loading dock or forklift is available
- Whether liftgate service is required
- Whether appointment delivery or other special services are needed
Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations, appointment delivery, redelivery, address corrections, storage, or other services provided by the freight carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location can safely receive the shipment.
Hazardous Materials
Certain batteries, chemicals, paints, fuels, pressurized products, and other regulated items may be classified as hazardous materials.
Hazardous-material products may be restricted to ground transportation and may not qualify for expedited, air, international, or certain destination-based shipping services. Additional handling charges and carrier restrictions may apply.
Signature Requirements
A delivery signature may be required for certain high-value, restricted, oversized, or freight orders. Customers may also be able to request signature confirmation for an additional charge.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has shipped. Tracking activity may take time to appear in the carrier’s system.
Orders containing multiple products may generate more than one tracking number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, suite, unit, dock, marina, or business information when applicable.
Contact BOLD MARINE immediately if an address correction is needed. Once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier, we may be unable to modify or redirect the shipment.
Additional fees resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or carrier redirection may be charged to the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments
Inspect all packages promptly upon delivery. If a package arrives visibly damaged, note the damage with the carrier before accepting the shipment whenever possible.

Return Inspection and Refunds
All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund or credit is approved. Products that do not meet the requirements of this policy may be refused or returned to the customer.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, or other authorized deductions. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from an error confirmed to be the responsibility of BOLD MARINE.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the product, financial institution, and return destination.
If you believe a product is defective, please contact BOLD MARINE before returning it. We will help identify the appropriate next step, which may include manufacturer warranty support.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect product, please contact BOLD MARINE as soon as possible.
Please keep all original packaging and shipping materials and provide photos of the package and product when requested. This information may be required to process a shipping claim, replacement, or return.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved by the applicable fulfillment partner.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error for which BOLD MARINE or its fulfillment partner is responsible.
Please allow additional processing time after the return is delivered for inspection and approval.
Exchanges
Because product availability may change and orders may be fulfilled from different distribution locations, we generally process product changes as a return of the original item and a new order for the replacement product.
Please contact us before placing a replacement order if you need help confirming compatibility or selecting the correct item.
